Crescita delle capacit\u00e0 individuali: Leadership proattiva ed orientata alla flessibilit\u00e0; Pensiero critico e laterale; Problem solving; Attitudine al cambiamento; Engagement e motivazione; Capacit\u00e0 decisionale; Time management.<br \/>&#8211; Crescita delle capacit\u00e0 relazionali: People management; Negoziazione e gestione del conflitto; Teamworking; Comunicazione efficace; Capacit\u00e0 di delega.<br \/>&#8211; Crescita delle capacit\u00e0 strategiche: Agile management; Performance management; Pianificazione strategica; Company attraction, induction and retention; Promozione della Diversity &amp; Inclusion.<\/p><p><strong>SCADENZA DI PRESENTAZIONE<\/strong>: dalle ore 12.00 del 13 novembre 2023 fino alle ore 12.00 del 13 dicembre 2023.<\/p><p><strong>MODALIT\u00c0 DI FINANZIAMENTO<\/strong>: L&#8217;azienda anticipa l\u2019intera somma al Soggetto attuatore a conclusione delle attivit\u00e0 formative.
